Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Illinois who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of Monte Cristo Gaming are not eligible.
Sweepstakes Period: Begins upon publication of this page and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on December 31, 2027.
How to Enter: (1) Submit the entry form on this page with a referral of a business holding an active Chicago liquor license; or (2) submit a free alternate entry using the "Enter without a referral" option on this page. All entries have equal odds of winning. Limit one referral entry per eligible referred establishment and one alternate entry per person.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive $1,000 (USD) and a Las Vegas vacation package for two (round-trip airfare from Chicago and three nights' hotel accommodation; approximate retail value of full prize: $3,500). Winner selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about January 15, 2028, and notified using the contact information provided. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is not transferable and no cash substitution except at Sponsor's discretion.
Conditions: Referred establishments must hold an active Chicago liquor license; referral creates no obligation for the referred business, and no compensation is paid for referrals. This promotion is a sweepstakes conducted under Illinois law; it is not a commission, inducement, or payment for the procurement of gaming locations. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
